YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a courier company or selected shipping arrangement. If you prefer delivery by a desired courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make. Please note this is only a guide some delays may occur, if you have a urgent order please contact our office prior to ordering so we can prioritise you order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment if applicable. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping times from courier is out of Bird Spikes Australia Pty Ltd control and as such we have no control over transport timing.
$22 inc GST minimum shipping cost for order within NSW, and dependant on the size of the order, Shipping cost will be finalised upon check out dependant to your localised city and state and size of order. Damage during shipping
Bird Spikes Australia (Bird Spikes Australia Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable for any damage during shipping, if an assurance is require it is the buys responsibility to ensure that they contact us as email@example.com to arrange insurance for the goods. If you receive your order and the product or box is damaged DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery, please ask the delivery person to return to sender due to damage.
